SUMMARY:3 Day Retreat of Befriending Ourselves
DESCRIPTION:In-Person \nSink deeply into the practices of feeding not fighting through this integration of Internal Family Systems teachings with the Feeding Your Demons practice. Combining psychological and spiritual discussion and experiential exercises\, this retreat will give you tools to love yourself more and let go of what is burdening you. Retreat is a beautiful opportunity to slow down and take these practices in more deeply\, to connect to a kind and safe community of like minded people on the path of growth and awakening! \nRatna Ling is a gorgeous\, intimate retreat center nestled in the redwoods with luxurious accommodations and delicious\, vegetarian\, organic cooked meals (gluten/wheat free\, vegan/dairy-free\, and food-allergy meal requests are able to be accommodated!) You will have opportunities to move your body in yoga classes\, hikes\, and Kum Nye – a Tibetan movement practice which combines physical postures\, breath control\, and meditation (offered by a wonderful Ratna Ling teacher).
